I am the owner for 271 Lester Street, Waterloo. I recently purchased two suites at 271 Lester Street, Waterloo. It is very close to the University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University.

 

It has five standard bedrooms in each suite and it is fully furnished. Heat and water included. It has free high-speed internet and free bike storage. An outdoor parking space is available on the ground floor upon request, first come first serve.
